We are equipped with a large size thread milling machine. It’s manufacturing capacity of single or twin screw is diameter 150mm & more x 6000mm long – Below diameter 150mm x 8000 long. This facility is adopted to fulfill the specific requirement of longer screw of our valued customers. These screws maximize output and minimize melt temperature while adequately homogenizing the polymer melt. Made of nitrided steel, these screws are gas nitrided and coated with special alloy to achieve skin hardness of 65HRC to minimize wear and chemical resistance. Sleeve fitted barrel with high wear resistance (3 to 4 times then the nitrided) and through hardened sleeves hardness 62HRC to 65HRC. Front barrel section with HSS sleeve to minimize the wear. And the two piece barrel construction for economical replacement.
